In August 2023, ads Consulting Engineers entered into a strategic partnership with O&S Associates, Engineers & Architects. This collaboration has allowed both firms to expand the range of services offered to existing and prospective clients while continuing to deliver the high level of expertise for which each organization is known.
For more than 47 years, ads Consulting Engineers has been an industry leader in MEP/FP engineering and design, as well as sustainable energy services, providing innovative, state-of-the-art solutions across a wide range of project types. Through our partnership with O&S Associates, we have further strengthened our capabilities by adding structural engineering and architectural design services, including expertise in parking garages and façade restorations, and Local Law 11 and Local Law 126 inspections and reporting.
Current projects in design at ads Consulting Engineers include the new Hoboken Hilton Hotel, a 22-story waterfront hotel in Hoboken, NJ and the renovation of the Webster Hotel (formerly Club Quarters Midtown West) in NYC, including upgrades to public space lobby, bar, restaurant and kitchen and upgrades to MEP infrastructure including replacement of five (5) rooftop HVAC units and electric power distribution; JFK International Airport Terminal One VIP Lounge; Utopia Living, a new 13-story, 1.1 million square foot, 800 unit residential rental building located in Queens, NY; and 23-56 Broadway, Queens, NY, a new 30,000 square foot mixed use residential rental building which also includes a 10,000 square foot theater.
Recently completed project include the full renovation of the Kimpton Hotel at 70 Park Avenue, NYC; the restoration and renovation of the Historic Bathhouse at Jacob Riis Park in Queens, NY, which has been transformed into the new Rockaway Ocean Club; and Maple & Ash Steakhouse, Boston, MA.
