About

Established in 1979, ads ENGINEERS provides comprehensive consulting engineering services built on the principles of quality, integrity, and personal attention established by our founding partners. Our services include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, sustainable design, LEED consulting, and commissioning.

Led by principals Ari Golden and Steve Gnapragasam, with the continued contributions of Principal Emeritus Michael Leone, ads ENGINEERS combines the technical depth of a mid-size firm with the hands-on involvement of its partners. This commitment to responsive service and lasting relationships has earned the trust and loyalty of our long-standing clients.

Our principals, associates, and engineering professionals work closely with owners, architects, and project teams to deliver coordinated, practical, and cost effective solutions. We bring experience, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to every project, helping our clients meet demanding schedules while maintaining design quality.

Sustainability is central to our approach. We design building systems that improve energy efficiency, support environmental goals, and create comfortable places to live and work. Through current technology, thoughtful design, and ongoing professional development, ads ENGINEERS continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the built environment.
