Staten Island, NY

New indoor track and field facility with seating for 3,000 spectators, as well as a gym, weight room, hiking trail, two baseball fields, softball & soccer fields, and a competition quality 8-lane track.  Approximately 140,000 sq. ft. at cost of $70 million dollars.   

The MEP design is to include building heating, ventilation and air conditioning in select areas.  Design ofHVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems to a point 5’-0”+ outside of the building. 

The project’s design also includes a sustainability goal of achieving a LEED Silver rating or higher.
