Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Fire Protection design of 14,300 sq. ft. new market-style candy store. Inspired by the movie, Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, and created and owned by Dylan Lauren, daughter of fashion designer Ralph Lauren.

This 3-level retail space includes an ice cream bar, residential style kitchen, apparel section and 5,000 sq. ft. event space on the third floor.  The event space is a combinable 3-section space complete with a soda shop, audiovisual equipment including a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a CD system with surround sound.
