The project is the renovation of an existing resturant located in the Gramercy Park Hotel, 2 Lexington Ave, New York, NY, into a new 7,000 sq. ft. roman-style Trattoria for Danny Meyer’s Union Sq. Hospitality Group.  Special considerations include the removal of an existing raised floor which is used as a return air plenum and to house supply air distribution ductwork, the re-location of the existing bar, the addition of a wine room, dessert and salumi stations.  Design of HVAC, Electrical Power, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems accommodate the new architectural design and space program.
