Ian Schrager, Phillippe Start (designer), and Jeffrey Chodorow (restaurateur) created The Cafeteria located inside of the new Hudson Hotel.  This 15,000 sq. ft. restaurant features exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling cupboards, long rough-hewn wood communial tables, benches, and episcopal chairs to create the feeling you are eating in a refractory.  The center of the room houses a large open kitchen topped by a decorative frieze.  Design of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems for this new resturant was provided.
