This project is a 12,000 sq. ft. catering hall at Blue Hill Restaurant in Pocantico Hills, New York. Blue Hill is a stone building 30 miles north of New York City that was originally built as a private dairy by John D. Rockefeller Jr. in the 1930’s. The complex’s historic barns and much of the surrounding 80-acre farm has been carefully restored. This project included the design of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems for the catering kitchen, dining rooms, and back-of-the-house spaces.
