This project is for a new $50 million dollar pair of 16-story condominiums on the far West Side of New York City. These two glass towers were the first of three to be designed by Richard Meier on the West Side Highway. The project includes special features such as central water source heat pump air conditioning, centrally conditioned make-up air, and a full sprinkler system.
