This project included the renovation of an existing 6-story building and the addition of seven new stories built above. The building contains fourty-six 10,000 sq. ft. duplex and single apartment units, community spaces on the first two floors, retail space, and parking on the ground floor and basement. Project design included HVAC, Electrical Power, Plumbing, Sprinklers and Fire Protection Systems.
