40 Bond Street is an 11-story luxury residential building located in Noho, New York, containing 23 condominiums, 5 triplex townhouses and a penthouse. At $43 million dollars the building features a white Corian lobby, a street graffiti motif along the exterior, and a private residents garden. Design of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems was provided.
