Built in 1834, this project is for the restoration and rehabilitation of the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church including the sanctuary, basement of Parish Hall,  Phillips Chapel,  kitchen and auditorium, as well as elevator, electric service and power distribution upgrades, a new chiller plant, air handlers, duct distribution kitchen exhaust, plumbing and sprinkler systems.
