Martha Steward Omnimedia is a new 175,000 sq. ft. facility for Martha Stewart Living on 12th Avenue, NYC. The new space includes kitchen, pantries, tenant toilets, photo studios, scenery shop, storage, internet group, offices and auxiliary spaces. The design included HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler and Fire Protection Systems.
