Chubb Insurance is a 500,000 sq. ft. corporate center with a data center, retail mall, gymnasium, kitchen/cafeteria, TV studio, audio/visual training center and auditorium.  The basic building is three stories high with a continuous 40,000 sq. ft. atrium.  Innovative design solutions included prefabricated penthouses with evaporative cooling, screw compressors and variable air volume systems.  Boiler plants, emergency generators and electric gear were also prefabricated in the penthouses.  Electric service to this site was 69 KV.
