Built in 1955, this 120,000 sq. ft., 10-story building located in the heart of the Central Business District (Golden Triangle) in Washington, DC was occupied by its original owner until 1991. The building was completely upgraded to a “Class A” rental office building containing an impressive two-story atrium in the expanded entry lobby, three high-speed Dover traction elevators, a security system including card-key access and remotely monitored video cameras at building entry points, as well as new office space, shops, and restaurants. The scope of engineering upgrade included new core and shell air conditioning, heating, electric service, fire protection and plumbing.
