New York, NY
The Tribute Center offers 6,000 square feet of exhibit and educational meeting space for visitors in one of downtown’s historic buildings at 120 Liberty Street.
The Museum is located next to the FDNY firehouse 10/10 and across from the World Trade Center site. This 2-story museum is also a learning center. The first floor consists of a gallery space, information desk and gift shop. The gallery space is an interactive timeline using photos, artifacts and video. The lower level space was designed for changing exhibits, visitor seating and staff meetings.
The tenant fit-out design included HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Fire Protection and special considerations to the occupied condominium building on the upper levels and the need to maintain their services and existing piping in the basement.
