The CBS Broadcast Center includes three existing interconnected chilled water plants (4,000 tons +) built at three different periods. Analysis and testing to the existing systems was conducted in order to develop operational changes to improve the design. On-line testing and measurement of all of the chiller plants and distribution systems resulted in the creation of an operational retrofit plan. In 1999, after changes were made to the facility, the plant was recommissioned by ads ENGINEERS to account for those changes.
