Design of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for a complete gut renovation of this 240-room hotel. The building, built in 1959 as an apartment building, was renovated and reopened as the Mondrian Hotel.

The hotel features guestrooms with floor to ceiling windows and waterfall shower fixtures.  There are three bars: Asia de Cuba with indoor & outdoor seating,  the Lobby bar ADCB, and an open air pavilion Skybar. The hotel also contains a heated pool with underwater music, a Spa, a fitness center, and a business center.
