Built for Robert DeNiro, the Greenwich Hotel is a new 8-floor luxury hotel.  The hotel is located in a landmark area between Greenwich and North Moore Streets, in TriBeCa, NY. There are 88 rooms and suites of which no two are alike. Hotel features include an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, conservatory and custom designed Penthouse.

Special design considerations included the relocation of existing MEP services in the adjacent building. This was done to allow for a connection between the new Hotel and the adjacent Restaurant. The HVAC, Electrical Power, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and Sprinkler design, included provisions for a future tenant fit-out of the Restaurant.
