The Cooper Square Hotel is a brand new 87,000 sq. ft., luxury hotel, located in lower Manhattan. This $68 million dollar hotel was built surrounding a brick building. The red brick building was incorporated into the structure and utilized the first 2 floors for the hotels library and office. On the North side of the Hotel, the brick building is separated from the tower by a main staircase. The low-rise structure houses a bar, a screening room and 146 hotel rooms.

Design of HVAC, Electrical Power, Plumbing, Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems. The design also included new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as new utility services.
