This project displays the renovation of the 17-story, 350-room Clift Hotel in San Francisco, California. This cosmetic upgrade was to the 350 guest rooms and bathrooms.  The project included a major upgrade to the 1st Floor and Mezzanine Level with a new double height Lobby, new basement offices, as well as kitchen and meeting room upgrades. The project was designed to utilize the new heating/air conditioning in the guest rooms and guest bathrooms to the fullest practical extent possible.

The Infrastructure upgrade included fire alarm systems, smoke detection, HVAC controls, economizer retrofit and air handlers, upgraded and repaired the toilet exhaust systems, backflow on existing water services, emergency lighting, upgraded domestic water heaters, water pressure booster system for upper floors, plumbing piping riser isolation valves and insulation, and cooling towers replacement.
