Upgrade of the mechanical and electrical systems within 1903 museum building on Central Park West originally designed by York & Sawyer.

Project includes new environmental control systems for the research library stacks, art storage, negative storage and art galleries; complete rebuilding of existing air handlers to serve the lower floors; as well as, chiller plant, central control systems and electrical systems upgrades throughout the building.
