Complete renovation of 109 Prince Street, a cast-iron building in SoHo. This 35,000 sq. ft. structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is also a New York City Landmark. Extensive renovations included: upgrading all base building systems, complete restoration of the cast iron facade, and replacing missing decorative elements, storefronts and windows. The Ground Floor and Cellar were converted into first class retail use under a Special Permit sponsored by the City Planning Commission. Four residential units were created on the upper floors.
