The center has three exercise pools, a therapy pool, a whirlpool and a three-lane Olympic-size pool. The first floor of the building contains men’s and women’s locker rooms, a reception area, laundry and waiting rooms. The second floor includes a fitness center, aerobics room, lounge, locker rooms, and physical therapy rooms. The third floor includes administrative offices, exam rooms and a conference center. To support a building in which water and pools are critical, this project called for detailed attention to the electrical power requirements, fire safety systems and an elaborate plumbing system. More than 5,000 sq. ft. of the first of floor of the building is dedicated to hydrotherapy.
