Newark, NJ

This privately owned perfume business opened a new building for process engineering and chemical development in Newark, NJ in 2001.

Complete HVAC, electric, plumbing, fire protection and life safety systems were designed for this new research building. The building included laboratories, offices, multi-purpose rooms, training room, library and support spaces. Special design feature included a central atrium.
