The Logan Arts Center will consist of a theater, 450 seat performance hall, a film screening room, visual art galleries, studios, practice rooms, and classrooms. A 184 ft. tall tower will make it the tallest University facility south of the midway.  

Sustainable design features include solar panels on the south facing roof and are expected to earn a LEED Silver certification.
