Steve Gnapragasam

Since entering the profession in 2006, Mr. Gnapragasam has designed Electrical power, fire alarm and lighting systems for various projects from high-end residential condominiums to large retail space renovation.

 At his arrival at ads Engineers, Mr. Gnapragasam assisted in the Electrical power distribution and fire alarm design for the 1.5 million square foot Asian Cultural Center located in South Korea. Most recently he completed the design of 485 7th Avenue Marriott Moxy Hotel, 160 Leroy Street residential condominium and Hudson Yards Marriott AC Hotel.  Some of his other projects include 410 West 13th Street commercial/entertainment building, Hudson River Amphitheater, Joe Papp Theater, 18 Gramercy Park South residential condominium and Bennington College Dialogue Center. Mr. Gnapragasam’s hospitality experience includes Hudson Hotel guestroom renovation, Edition NY (Clock Tower) and a 30-story Marriott Courtyard at 133 Greenwich St, NYC. In addition to design, Mr. Gnapragasam has assisted with the Commissioning of multiple electrical systems and serves as a member of the New York City Electrical License Board.
