energy modeling. Ms. Lorey Flick, PE, a LEED
accredited Mechanical Engineer, as the Director of the Group.
Under the direction of Ms. Flick, this Group
provides sustainable building design and consulting services and
educates Owners on the
environmental impacts and operating costs associated with green
building
design.
The
ads Sustainable Services Group has
aided
Owner's
in achieving a savings of over 3 million dollars in
annual operating costs. One way this has overachieved
is through the NYSERDA
“New Construction Program”. For
the past six years ads
has worked
extensively with this program as a technical assistance provider which
evaluates
and provides incentives to Owners based on the demand and kilowatt-hour
savings. This is achieved through
electric demand reducing technologies and energy efficient system
