| Located on a 240-acre site, the clubhouse consists of two parts: the formal clubhouse and a locker room/starting lobby, which are connected by an entrance hall. The building is mainly one-story design with a lower level below the locker room/starting lobby wing containing offices, cart storage and mechanical rooms. The actual clubhouse’s facilities include a lounge, a large formal dining room and a smaller club-like dining room along with the club’s administrative offices for a total of over 14,500 sq. ft. of usable space. |
