MEP design of the Ann Taylor Loft Headquarters at Times Square. Ann Taylor is the 3nd largest tenant
in the building which sits on 42nd St. between Broadway and Seventh Avenue in NYC. The design of the
300,000 sq. ft. space includes retail area, coffee bar, with emphasis on natural lighting and generous
amount of work surfaces.
