This project is
a 12,000 sq. ft. catering hall at Blue Hill Restaurant at Pocantico
Hills, New York.
A stone building
30 miles north of New York City that was originally built as a private
dairy by
John D. Rockefeller
Jr. in the 1930’s. The complex’s
historic barns and much of the surrounding 80-acre
farm has been
carefully
restored. This project included the
design of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing
and fire protection
systems for
the catering kitchen, dining rooms, and back-of-the-house spaces.
