A
new
15-story 200,000 sq. ft. residential condominium building consisting of
114
units, two levels of below grade parking, residential lounges and
recreational
rooms. The all glass curtainwall design
exceeds the latest energy conservation code requirements.
Systems included gas-fired absorption
chiller/heaters for heating and air conditioning. While
the
project did not file for LEED
Certification, its high performance skin and high efficiency gas-fired
absorption chiller/heater result in substantial electric energy and
demand
savings over conventional construction.
