$20,000,000 expansion of the Museum and renovation of the adjacent performing arts theater,

$21,000,000 expansion of the Museum including a new 58,000 sq. ft. 3-story gallery building, additional parking facilities, main entry plaza and entry lobby incorporating the latest in environmental control systems, an existing chiller plant expansion, cooling tower upgrade, new gallery building services and retension systems.
It is the second expansion of the museum by the same design team over the last 10
years.
