The CBS Broadcast Center includes three existing interconnected chilled water plants (4,000 tons +) built at three different periods. Analyzed and tested the existing systems in order to develop operational changes to improve the situation. Performed on-line testing and measurement of all of the chiller plants and distribution systems and developed an operational retrofit plan. In 1999, after changes were made to the facility we recommissioned the plant operation to account for those changes. |
