| Renovation of the Bosque Area in Battery Park. Funded by the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, the project will replace the broken cobblestone and cracked asphalt with gardens, to be planted with some 70,000 bulbs and 33,000 perennials. Two food kiosks, a stone spiral fountain and a carousel designed with a sea creature motif will serve to welcome patrons to the park. |
